Opening Ceremony of the New CGU Premises

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new CGU, FIM premises, a significant milestone in our continued growth and commitment to excellence. The ceremony, held on 27th August 2024, marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for CGU, as we take a bold step forward in enhancing our capabilities and providing an even better experience for our undergraduates and graduates. The event was graced by the presence of Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo, Senior Professor. HD Karunarathne and Dean Prof. PK Perera joined with us in celebrating this momentous occasion. The highlight of the event was the ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the official opening of the new premises. He appreciated the journey that led to this achievement, thanking the entire CGU team for their dedication and hard work.

The prizes for the selected winners of the art competition organized by the CGU to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the faculty in 1st of March 2024 were handed over to the winners. The opening of our new premises is more than just a move; it represents our commitment to growth and our determination to continue delivering exceptional value to our students. We look forward to leveraging this new space to drive innovation, enhance our service offerings, and contribute positively to our community.
