It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the “12^th International Conference on Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Traditional Medicine (iCAUST) 2026 and AYU PRASADHANI – 1st International Conference and Exhibition organized by the Faculty of Indigenous Medicine (FIM), University of Colombo in collaboration with Western Provincial Department of Ayurveda under the guidance of the University Grants Commission (UGC), Sri Lanka on 6^th to 7^th November 2026 in  a hybrid mode. The theme of this international conference is “Sustainability and Innovation in Traditional Medicine for Holistic Approach.” This theme underscores promoting eco-friendly practices, biodiversity conservation and sustainable innovation in traditional healing systems.

The aim of the conference is to provide a platform for eminent researchers, academicians, physicians, traditional and medical practitioners, manufacturers and exporters of Ayurveda and herbal products, members of the corporate sector, agriculture sector and stake holders from all over the world. This conference highlights current advances in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and traditional medicine, providing actionable, evidence-informed guidance for clinical integration, disease prevention, condition-specific management, and effective appraisal of emerging research.
