"Science Day Exhibition"- Gothami Balika Vidyalaya

On June 12th, 2024, BAMS students with a background in Biomedical Research (BR) participated in the Science Day Exhibition held at Gothami Balika Vidyalaya. The event was organized by the Career Guidance Unit (CGU) of the Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, under the esteemed guidance of the Faculty Dean Prof.Pathirage Kamal Perera. Dr. Himalie De Silva, the coordinator of the CGU, played a pivotal role in coordinating the event.

The exhibition provided a platform for the students to showcase their knowledge and research in the field of Indigenous Medicine, demonstrating the integration of traditional practices with modern scientific approaches. The participation of BAMS students highlighted their commitment to advancing healthcare through research and innovation.
