The formal Inauguration Ceremony of Certificate Course in Yoga Therapy -2023 - 2nd intake

The formal Inauguration Ceremony of Certificate Course in Yoga Therapy -2023 – 2nd intake designed by the Department of Ayurveda, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutics & Community Medicine, Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo was commenced on 18th November 2023. This is the Yoga training Course offered by the Sri Lanka’s top university that provides assistance for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The Dean of the Faculty,  Professor Pathirage Kamal Perera, presided over the event as the guest of honor and delivered a speech on the Importance of Yoga in the Current Social Scenario. The head of the Department  of Ayurveda, Pharmacology Pharmaceutics , and Community Medicine Professor SKMK Herapathdeniya, as well as other Professors, Senior Lecturers, and academic staff of the faculty, and selected students for the Certificate Certificate Course in Yoga Therapy  participated to the event.
