Stress management workshop for 1st professional undergraduates of the FIM conducted by the Career Guidance Unit of Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo
A workshop was successfully conducted by the CGU of FIM, targeting the 1st professional undergraduates who are preparing for the BAMS/BUMS 1st professional (BAR) examination in coming August 2023.
The aim of the workshop was to manage the examination stress of the students and prepare them to face the examination successfully.

Outcome – 68 BAMS and BUMs students participated. Open feedback was taken from students and almost all have given positive feedback and none received as negative. Most importantly students request to conduct at least one workshop for a month will be added valuable advantage to keep their studies without stress.
