PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP ON MARMA CHIKITSĀ : 11 th  International Conference on Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha and Traditional Medicine (iCAUST 2025)

The Marma Chikitsā workshop is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 8th May 2025, at the Mini Auditorium, Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo. This workshop covers the fundamentals of Marma Chikitsā, the location and significance of key Marma points, and the techniques used to stimulate them. Participants may also learn about the therapeutic benefits of Marma Chikitsā and its potential applications in various areas of health such as frozen shoulder, headache, tennis elbow etc. Workshop will be conducted by Indian and Sri Lankan experts in Shalya Tantra.
