The Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, successfully organized a Mental Health Workshop on 30th October 2025, titled “Maintaining Mental Health and Managing Stress among Students.” The event was held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Lecture Theatre 3, featuring Mrs. Supeshala Rathnayaka, Assistant Student Counselor at the University of Colombo, as the guest speaker.
