Invitation for Bids for Providing Cleaning Service
Chairman, Procurement Committee of the Institute of Indigenous Medicine invites sealed bids from reputed cleaning companies to provide cleaning service for the premises of the Institute and hostels.
Complete set of Bid documents could be obtained during office days from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m from 15.06.2020 to 09.07.2020 by producing the receipt of the payment of a Rs. 1,000/- of non-refundable deposit to the shroff of the Institute along with the written request made to the Deputy Registrar/ Administration. Sealed bids in duplicate mentioning “Bids for Cleaning Service” on the upper left hand corner of the envelope should be addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, Rajagiriya and shall be deposited in the Tender Box available at the Administration Division of the Institute or sent by registered post on or before 2.30 p.m. on 10.07.2020 Bids will be opened immediately after closing, in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives. Late bids will be rejected.
Bids shall be valid up to 90 days after the dead line of submission.
All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 90,000/= and it shall be valid up to 10.10.2020
