
Donation of Medical Instruments to Ayurveda National Hospital, Borella
The Unit of Research and Development of Natural Products (URDNP) of the Department of Ayurveda Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics and Community Medicine, Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, proudly completed its first donation to the Ayurveda National Hospital, Borella.
The donation ceremony was held in the presence of Prof. P.K. Perera, Dean, Faculty of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo; Dr. Parakrama Hemachandra, Director, Ayurveda National Hospital, Borella; Prof. S.D. Hapuarachchi, Former Coordinator, URDNP; Dr. J.M. Dahanayake, Coordinator, URDNP; and Dr. N.D. Kodithuwakku, Secretary, URDNP and other members.
As a token of our continued support, essential medical instruments were handed over to enhance patient care and improve service quality at the hospital. This initiative marks the beginning of a series of ongoing contributions from URDNP.
