Calling Proposal to Select Best Community Project to Promote Ayurveda in Rural Area

Calling Proposal to Select Best Community Project to Promote Ayurveda in Rural Area

Introduction

Community health is a major area of Ayurveda that focuses on health preservation and illness recovery. It is essential and timely to acknowledge BAMS students about this and guide them toward practical experience. The director of the Cultural center of the high Commission -India (Dr Revan Wickremsingh) decided to give 5 Awards (Rs. 5000.00) for each category of the Best Community Based Project to promote Ayurveda in rural area. It is an efficient and timely program to carry out these projects through Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery Undergraduates. Institute of Indigenous Medicine has made significant contributions to the community through subcritical public investment in research, education, clinical services, public health, and industry. The IIM has the opportunity to expand such services by launching such projects and directing students to them.
