Submission Process
Online process
Principal Investigator/Applicant should credit the appropriate processing fee as stipulated in the Application form to the Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo ERC Fund (A/C No.078100192268358) at People’s Bank, Borella.
The application fee is Rs.3000/=
Duly completed application form could be emailed to the Secretary of the Ethical Review Committee, Institute of Indigenous Medicine with the scan copy of the paid slip (Bank receipt) via email.
Please mail the application it’s relevant documents and the paid bank receipt to the following mail address

Handing over process
Duly completed application form could be submitted to the Secretary of the Ethical Review Committee, Institute of Indigenous Medicine with the receipt obtained from the shroff by paying Rs.3000/=
* Note: All application for ethics review must be submitted before the closing date for applications. It shall usually be 14 days prior to the monthly ERCIIM meeting.
